Position Overview:

The HR Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in managing office reception, handling phone inquiries, executing daily administrative tasks, onboarding new employees, and providing support to management with paperwork and various office responsibilities. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily office operations are executed efficiently, including filing, record maintenance, copying, and other related tasks using office equipment and technology.

• Create name tags and maintain employee files.

• Assist in various human resources functions, including recruitment, personnel record management, background checks, and benefits administration.

• Retrieve and manage records as requested.

• Track referral bonuses and other HR initiatives.

• Respond to inquiries, manage phone calls, and record messages.

• Support job seekers throughout the application process and represent the company at job fairs and hiring events.

• Conduct preliminary screenings of applicants to assess qualifications and cultural fit, and manage all new hire documentation and onboarding processes.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet usage.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience in recruitment and human resources is advantageous.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company.
