OPPORTUNITY:
This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales who are seeking a pathway into sales or management roles.


COMPENSATION:
The total annual compensation is projected to be around $100,000, with a base salary of approximately $70,000. In addition, you will earn commission on territory sales and bonuses. The employer offers comprehensive benefits and a fully funded vehicle for both professional and personal use. This position allows for remote work.


LOCATION:
Ideal candidates will be based in a central location within Southern California, particularly in Orange County, to facilitate access to the sales territory.


TERRITORY:
The sales territory encompasses Southern California, stretching from just north of Los Angeles to San Diego.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the corporate brand and sell roofing materials, tools, and equipment by engaging with an established network of roofing contractors and commercial industrial buildings in Southern California.
- Manage a Technical/Service Representative who performs roof assessments and recommends necessary repairs or enhancements.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outreach to roofing contractors and wholesale distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations on low-rise buildings without engaging in construction or repair tasks.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory, adhering to scheduled appointments and client meetings.
- Utilize a company-provided vehicle for daily operations and maintain a small home office setup.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated individuals with a passion for outside sales are encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in arts, science, or business is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
- A background in service, technical fields, or building materials is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- A clean driving record is mandatory.
