OVERVIEW:

POSITION SUMMARY:
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a robust background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly those with 5 to 7 years of experience. You will be part of a dynamic team where your contributions are valued and recognized.


COMPENSATION:
The total annual compensation is projected to be around $100,000, with a base salary of approximately $70,000. You will benefit from a commission structure based on your territory sales, along with performance bonuses. Additional perks include a company vehicle for both professional and personal use, comprehensive benefits, and a monthly cell phone allowance.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strengthen the corporate brand by promoting roofing products, tools, and equipment to an established clientele of roofing contractors and commercial buildings.
- Manage a Technical/Service Representative to ensure quality service and recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations on various building types without engaging in construction work.
- Maintain a proactive schedule of appointments and travel throughout the territory, ensuring effective time management.


REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B sales is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, arts, or science is preferred, though candidates with diverse educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- A background in building materials or construction is advantageous, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- An excellent driving record is required, with no history of DUIs.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.


TRAINING:
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training program at the company headquarters, with all expenses covered.
