Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Hogan Lovells. The successful candidate will provide advanced-level administrative support to our lawyers and other timekeepers, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other timekeepers, including calendar management, email management, and document preparation.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with firm policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to our standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in document management systems, such as NetDocument or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
