Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations at our Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement front desk objectives and procedures
  • Hire and train staff, manage shift schedules, and ensure compliance with hotel policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints and questions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Manage budgets, records, and contracts, and supervise staff and front desk activities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a front desk manager or similar role
  • Proficient in hotel front desk software, with Opera experience highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry procedures and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
