Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to visitors and callers.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the security of the office by controlling access and following established procedures.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with office equipment, such as fax machines and printers.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is an asset.
