Position Overview:

This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Guarantee the precision of monthly profit and loss statements while providing oversight on monthly forecasts.
  • Engage in the budget formulation process across all entities within the boutique portfolio.
  • Keep current capital schedules and weekly liquidity reports.
  • Actively participate in detailed monthly business and financial discussions.
  • Supervise month-end variance reports and engage in property operations dialogues.
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of month-end journal entries.
  • Contribute to the preparation and evaluation of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Encourage accountability to achieve positive business results through effective execution of financial strategies.
  • Address guest concerns related to the accounting process and escalate issues to the property and leadership team.
  • Promote open communication among all staff members.
  • Participate in the performance evaluation system and provide necessary insights.
  • Foster mutual trust, respect, and collaboration among team members.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

4. Exhibit strong teamwork skills with effective collaboration abilities.

8. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 (based on experience).
  • Health benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Critical Illness.
  • Additional benefits: Supplemental Life, FSA and HSA, 401K with company match.
  • Leave benefits: Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Pay.
