Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with staff, residents, vendors, and associated agencies;
  • Effectively motivate staff through positive reinforcement and setting an example;
  • Negotiate and coordinate services/contracts with the operation of the property;
  • Prepare and administer marketing plans to maintain high occupancy levels;
  • Ensure sufficient resident programs are available;
  • Monitor operating and capital budgets;
  • Enforce company policies, rules, safety practices, and regulations;
