Job Summary

The Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the fiscal operations of the department. This is a key role that requires strong analytical and leadership skills to manage a team and ensure the effective implementation of programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of fiscal operations
  • Develop and implement fiscal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on fiscal matters
  • Manage the department's budget and ensure that funds are allocated effectively
  • Develop and implement programs to improve fiscal operations and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in fiscal management, including one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and staff
