Job Summary

The Arkansas Government Job is seeking a skilled Fiscal Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, providing technical assistance, and developing, implementing, and monitoring various agency programs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a small to medium staff by interviewing, recommending for hire, training, and evaluating the performance of incumbents.
Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate programs, including the development of program objectives, program materials, and methods of administration.
Provide detailed analysis of program requirements and services to agency personnel and the general public.
Conduct, organize, and participate in special events and seminars promoting agency programs and community participation.
Provide technical assistance and information in program area, coordinate fundraising activities, develop marketing ideas, conduct research, prepare grant applications, serve on various committees, and represent the agency at public events and/or with other agencies inside the department and outside organizations.

Requirements

The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, the program field, or related field; plus three years of experience in a specific program-related field, including one year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
