We are currently seeking a Property Leasing Specialist to enhance our team at Yugo.

Reporting to the Property Manager, here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
Enhance community and market knowledge by identifying trends to anticipate future occupancy needs and providing insightful recommendations and training.
Showcase our community by prioritizing its visual appeal and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all property aspects and market conditions.
Oversee the leasing process by guiding the leasing team with effective sales strategies and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents, as well as the developmental needs of the leasing team.
Collaborate and train with skilled colleagues to identify and resolve any leasing challenges that may arise.
Be adaptable to manage shifting priorities within the community while achieving property objectives, by training and motivating a high-performing leasing team.
This overview is not exhaustive, but your primary responsibility will be to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our residents, supporting them in living their best lives while delivering outstanding customer service in our properties.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in leasing, retail, banking, or related fields.
Proficiency in computer usage, including word processing, calendar management, software/database, Entrata, and social media.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to pursue training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to secure leases and provide sales leadership and training.
Experience in leading a high-performing sales team.
Familiarity with performance metrics, sales targets, and financial concepts.
College degree or relevant coursework.
