The Property Leasing Specialist serves as the primary sales representative for the community, engaging with both potential and current residents on behalf of FPI Management, Inc. This role involves facilitating property tours, providing comprehensive information about available apartment homes, processing rental applications, securing lease agreements from qualified applicants, and assisting with lease renewals as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Uphold the philosophies and directives of the property owner in daily operations to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Effective Communication: Foster positive and professional interactions with applicants, residents, vendors, clients, and guests while representing FPI Management, Inc.
- Leasing and Occupancy Management: Maintain occupancy levels in accordance with established owner and budget expectations. Implement professional leasing techniques and assist in market surveys and analysis.
- Marketing and Advertising: Support advertising and marketing initiatives for the community as needed, ensuring all online marketing platforms are updated regularly.
- Resident Relations: Promote positive relationships between residents and management to enhance resident retention. Address customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate resident files and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all documentation. Assist with periodic reporting as required.
- Risk Management: Adhere to risk management protocols and report any incidents or property damage through the appropriate channels.
- Maintenance Coordination: Assist residents in reporting maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up on requests to promote satisfaction.
- Compliance and Professionalism: Enforce community rules and regulations consistently while adhering to Fair Housing Laws and company policies. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Training and Development:
Meet all training requirements for the position and perform any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.
