  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond swiftly to resident inquiries and concerns, assisting them throughout the leasing process.
  • Foster relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses to distribute informational materials, updating them regularly.
  • Support ongoing resident retention initiatives under the guidance of the Community/Leasing Manager and participate in community activities.
  • Regularly assess competitor offerings.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
