Job Overview

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the General Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday through Friday
  • On-call responsibilities
  • Availability on weekends

Location: Single site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster exceptional customer service relationships
  • Comply with established SQ Standards
  • Lead the Leasing team, ensuring all objectives are met
  • Develop monthly work schedules for the Leasing team
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of leasing events, renewal gatherings, and property activities as approved by the General Manager
  • Assist the General Manager in building relationships with external clients
  • Implement and manage marketing strategies, including a comprehensive marketing calendar, and provide necessary support
  • Track leasing and renewal metrics, identifying areas requiring additional training or support
  • Contribute to the creation of annual Marketing Plans and Budgets
  • Support the development and execution of Resident Programs and Retention initiatives, training on-site staff in leasing, marketing, and customer service
  • Participate in the recruitment and interviewing of Leasing team members
  • Handle internet inquiries, respond to prospect calls, and conduct property tours according to established guidelines
  • Ensure effective follow-up with prospects, adhering to follow-up standards
  • Utilize proven sales and marketing techniques to enhance property traffic and maintain occupancy goals
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property and its competitors
  • Complete market surveys and leasing reports punctually
  • Collect deposits and fees related to leasing
  • Prepare and manage all lease-related documentation accurately
  • Maintain precise records of prospect traffic and leasing data
  • Conduct quarterly inspections of units and prior to move-ins
  • Audit lease files to ensure compliance with standards
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes
  • Log service requests from residents promptly
  • Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the office and common areas
  • Perform various administrative duties as directed by the General Manager
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Basic to intermediate mathematical skills
  • Experience with property management software, such as Entrata, is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Property Management is required
