Employment Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including 2-3 Saturdays monthly. Working Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Educate patients regarding the laser hair removal process and provide pre/post-treatment care guidance.
  • Work independently with clients to meet their medical or aesthetic hair removal objectives.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering top-tier patient care.
  • Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records using a tablet.
  • Ensure a professional and clean workspace, including preparing treatment rooms between patients.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager and Medical Director as necessary regarding patient treatment plans.
Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Active national certification in family medicine from ANCC or AANP.
  • Willingness to travel out of state for training as needed.
  • Strong passion for delivering excellent patient care.
  • Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, up to 9 hours daily.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in visually assessing clients' skin and operating laser equipment.
  • Competent in using a laser and office machinery, requiring dexterity with hands and arms.
