Position Overview:
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) within VHC Health Physicians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services. This position requires the completion of an APP Agreement with your Collaborating Physician(s), outlining your responsibilities and collaborative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organization's objectives and performance metrics at an individual level.
- Implement quality control standards and participate in risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Engage in documentation responsibilities and evaluation processes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
- For Nurse Practitioners: A valid Registered Nurse license from the Virginia Department of Health Professions is required.
