About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Associate to join our team at Transcend Practice Management. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Directly interact with clients to understand their needs, onboard new clients, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of client records.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to the company and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Principal Support: Prioritize Principals' time and initiatives by acting as the point of contact for client concerns and organizing ideas, projects, and resources to keep Principals informed.
  • Technology Management: Manage technology for Principals' brand and reputation, including social media presence and online platforms.
  • Client Information Management: Maintain updated client information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and maximize the effectiveness of the data.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years in client service administration.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, efficient time management, and organizational skills; superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; excellent attitude and client service orientation; ability to handle multiple tasks and operate within tight deadlines; proficiency in computer-based programs and CRM's.
