  • Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve sales and occupancy goals.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • At least six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

The Leasing Professional will work primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel to off-site locations. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as lift and move up to 20 pounds.
