Job Summary:

As a Leasing Consultant at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, you will be the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents. Your exceptional customer service skills and sales expertise will guide prospects in choosing new and exciting homes, while supporting residents throughout the lifecycle of their residency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate sales excellence in interacting with residents and prospective residents.
  • Professionally present the community and apartments, highlighting specific features and benefits.
  • Complete all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of results in a timely manner.
  • Manage and convert prospect leads into leases to achieve leasing goals, following up with all leads and prospects that did not lease.
  • Stay informed and aware of competitors' rents, specials, and events, and update market surveys on a monthly basis.
  • Answer telephone calls and return voicemails, entering accurate and timely data into information systems and preparing leasing reports as requested.
  • Ensure the office, clubroom, apartment models, and market-ready units are in impeccable condition.
  • Share promotional ideas and events for marketing timelines and assist in social media advertising as directed.
  • Assist in preparing move-ins, including walking apartments, preparing move-in gifts, and preparing move-in packages.
  • Address and complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • Commitment to and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Multi-family or related property management experience, retail sales, or hospitality experience.
