Job Description

Sia Partners is a next-generation management consulting firm that offers a unique blend of AI and design capabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team on a contract basis.

Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager will provide direct program leadership to the delivery teams responsible for the BI&A Finance/Tax projects. This role requires a strong technical program management background and the ability to lead large cross-functional and cross-organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers
  • Writing specifications and driving project schedules from design to release
  • Managing the production launch and ensuring all project artifacts and deliverables are documented and approved
  • Mentoring team members in project management artifacts, processes, tools, and techniques
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Technical Program Management
  • Minimum of five years' Agile development experience
  • Demonstrated leadership in simultaneously managing multiple large, complex projects
  • Proven ability to develop business relationships and work successfully with people at all levels of management
