With expertise spanning business transformation strategy, product design and development, commerce, platform engineering, data intelligence, change management, and more, we enable our clients to unlock their potential.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a proven track record in selecting and implementing CPQ solutions to join our North American team. As a champion of project management best practices, you will lead complex technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive transformative change for our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex technical projects, with a particular emphasis on CPQ solutions for industrial/manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including defining and translating client business outcomes and product requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps and schedules.
  • Incorporate agile or hybrid-agile methodologies as appropriate, while being adaptable to select best practices for efficient project delivery and effective production workflows across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Effectively track, manage, and report on project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and know when to escalate accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and any changes in scope.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated track record leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions in an agency or product organization, ideally with leading global brands.
  • Previous experience as a Program Manager or in a Technical management role leading large delivery teams in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience leading headless implementations of various platforms: CPQ (integrated solutions like Infor, Epicor, Conga, PROS, Zuora or composable solutions including logik.io, viaMedici or similar), e-commerce (CommerceTools, BigCommerce, or similar), PIM (Bluestone, Akaneo, or similar).
  • Knowledge of PIM (Stibo, Salsify or similar) and OMS platforms.
  • Experience in defining requirements, evaluating software products, and documenting recommendations for C-level client stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies including agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, kanban, and others.
  • Knowledge of technical concepts and tools (ie. AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, commerce, platform integrations).
  • Proven track record in fostering partnerships with Director, VP, or C-suite clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management software tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira/Confluence, MS Teams, Notion, Google Suite, Instagantt, Smartsheet).
