Job Summary

The Boutique Coordinator is a key role within the Bulgari team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team in achieving set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, policies, and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Support the sales team in client engagement, product presentation, and sales completion.
  • Coordinate in-store activities, including Masterclasses, Trunk Shows, and special events.
  • Assist the service advisor with repair orders, complimentary services, and jewelry cleaning.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow in the boutique, overseeing turn systems and floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, ensuring displays exude luxury and are consistently replenished.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory checks.
  • Handle phone inquiries with exceptional customer service skills.
