Job Summary
The Boutique Coordinator is a key role within the Bulgari team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team in achieving set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, policies, and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Support the sales team in client engagement, product presentation, and sales completion.
- Coordinate in-store activities, including Masterclasses, Trunk Shows, and special events.
- Assist the service advisor with repair orders, complimentary services, and jewelry cleaning.
- Ensure smooth traffic flow in the boutique, overseeing turn systems and floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising, ensuring displays exude luxury and are consistently replenished.
- Participate in quarterly inventory checks.
- Handle phone inquiries with exceptional customer service skills.
