Retail Operations Coordinator

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating communication between the Support Center and Retail teams. This position is responsible for providing timely and clear updates on day-to-day operations, ensuring that teams have the necessary tools to operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Retail Field Communication
- Develop and coordinate weekly store communication with support center teams to provide concise and effective updates.
- Create agenda call notes for the weekly meeting with the Field Leadership Team.
- Manage the Retail Operations mailbox and respond to requests within 24-48 hours.
- Retail Operations
- Update and maintain the master store contact list and share a monthly update with all teams.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date boutique opening and closing hours on various platforms.
- Procure new name badges and aprons as required.
- Manage the Office Supplies Account and list of approved supplies.
- Set up Hazmat training accounts as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- Education:
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience:
- 0-1 years' experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Skills and Mindset:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills are required.
- Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Interest in Beauty, Fashion, or Sales is a plus.
- Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a normal office environment.
- Physical Demands:
- Must be able to work up to 8+ hours per day and be on their feet for extended periods.
