**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate/Assistant Director, Banking Development. In this role, you will play a key part in developing the financial sector and strengthening the network of financial institutions and ancillary services in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Work closely with global and regional banks, as well as other financial institutions to develop mutually beneficial solutions to encourage their expansion or entry into Singapore.
* Engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies and other functions within MAS, to develop, promote and implement strategies to enhance Singapore's value proposition as a financial centre.
* Anchor key events and conferences, and develop and organise outreach programmes to raise the profile of Singapore's financial centre.
