Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for our clients, with a focus on Network Systems and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Network Systems and Cybersecurity, including hands-on instruction and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in Network Systems and Cybersecurity, applying this knowledge to enhance training programs.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure training programs meet client needs and expectations.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Network Systems and Cybersecurity, including CANES and TACNET systems.
  • Experience with training development and delivery, including instructional design and technical documentation.
  • Three years of professional experience in training and development, with a focus on Network Systems and Cybersecurity.
  • Recognized expert in Network Systems and Cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of industry developments and advancements.
  • Technical training in Network Systems and Cybersecurity, including administration and maintenance.
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Education, English, Psychology, or related training systems discipline.
  • Working towards Training Certification in Navy's Basic Instructor Training or a current industry standard trainer certification.
  • Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF) qualified in 12 months.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
