About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Ecosystem Developer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and managing the financial ecosystem to support Singapore as an international financial centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grant Policy and Management: Oversee the conceptualization and administration of incentive schemes under the Financial Sector Development Fund (FSDF) to facilitate Singapore's growth as an international financial centre.
  • Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management: Establish and review governance policies and operating procedures, and conduct budget planning for the effective management of the FSDF's financial resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Industry Analysis: Engage relevant MAS departments and other external stakeholders (including industry players, consultants, and other government agencies) to understand and analyze issues.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Possesses strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Meticulous and thorough when overseeing grant incentives schemes.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Relevant experience in grants management/administration is an advantage.
