About the Role:

As a Sales Account Executive at Bridge Logistics Inc., you will be part of our 12-month sales development program, where you will learn to build relationships, find creative solutions for customers, and advise them on industry trends.

Upon completing training, you will continue to build your business, help fuel the company's growth, and work alongside your operations team to drive success.


Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers and prospects
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
Collaborate with operations team to drive business growth
Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve sales skills

Requirements:
Desire to build a career in sales
Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to form long-lasting relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Open to constructive feedback
Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Training and Development:

Our two-week, in-class training will teach you the basics of the freight industry, followed by our 12-month sales development program, where you will gain hands-on experience and build your skills.
