Position Overview:
Bizowie Cloud ERP is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to manage all facets of our new business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the sales process from initial prospecting to product selection and implementation handoff.
- Engage professionally with potential clients, addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling assessments for product fit.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales journey.
- Guide clients through product demonstrations tailored to their expressed requirements and existing challenges.
- Accurately document all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Identify new sales leads through designated channels and thorough database research.
- Address customer concerns regarding software features and benefits.
- Prepare clients for the ERP implementation process with Bizowie.
- Ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team, providing high-level customer requirements and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects through various communication methods.
- Technically proficient with a comprehensive understanding of our ERP platform.
- Self-motivated with the capability to comprehend, articulate, and document unique business processes of clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively qualify potential customers to ensure alignment between software capabilities and client needs.
- Skilled in identifying and engaging key decision-makers early in the sales process.
- Open to feedback and capable of implementing guidance from the leadership team throughout the sales cycle.
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and changes as the organization evolves.
- Strong team player with a unified vision.
This position requires an onsite presence.
