Position Overview:
Bizowie Cloud ERP is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented ERP Sales Consultant to manage all facets of our new business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the sales process from initial prospecting to product selection and implementation handoff.
  • Engage professionally with potential clients, addressing inquiries, understanding customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling assessments for product fit.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales journey.
  • Guide clients through product demonstrations tailored to their expressed requirements and existing challenges.
  • Accurately document all sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Identify new sales leads through designated channels and thorough database research.
  • Address customer concerns regarding software features and benefits.
  • Prepare clients for the ERP implementation process with Bizowie.
  • Ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team, providing high-level customer requirements and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects through various communication methods.
  • Technically proficient with a comprehensive understanding of our ERP platform.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to comprehend, articulate, and document unique business processes of clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively qualify potential customers to ensure alignment between software capabilities and client needs.
  • Skilled in identifying and engaging key decision-makers early in the sales process.
  • Open to feedback and capable of implementing guidance from the leadership team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Willingness to adapt to new processes and changes as the organization evolves.
  • Strong team player with a unified vision.

This position requires an onsite presence.
