Job Overview

The Lead Member Services Associate at HOPE undertakes a variety of teller, administrative, and clerical responsibilities while ensuring exceptional customer service and confidentiality. This position entails processing loan applications, managing member accounts, mentoring junior staff, and engaging in sales initiatives. Candidates should possess a background in customer service, cash management, and consumer lending.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and manage member expectations effectively

  • Address and resolve member inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or banking
