About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Operations: Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing visual merchandising displays, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience and meets their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Loss Prevention and Operational Programs: Oversee and monitor loss prevention and operational programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Volume Responsibility: Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.

  • Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, which equates to approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually.
