Key Responsibilities- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Interview patients and their representatives to obtain necessary information
- Enter accurate and complete data into our electronic health record system
- Notify insurance companies of patient admissions and services
- Handle patient correspondence and communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as required
- Minimum 1 year of office/clerical experience
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience
