Overview:

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service at the rental counter. The Customer Service Agent is responsible for facilitating the rental process, verifying customer information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities for monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000. The position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Make eye contact and greet customers, verify rental agreements, and thank customers at the conclusion of their transaction.
  • Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on their needs and requests.
  • Ensure a pleasant and efficient handling of the rental process, including reviewing rental parameters and verifying charges at vehicle return.
  • Prepare rental agreement folders and offer assistance with directions, maps, and local information.
  • Work to resolve customer issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued loyalty.
  • Maintain the appearance of rental counters and customer areas, ensuring a neat and safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation in the last three years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
  • Must have one year of work experience with customer service responsibilities and have worked six months or more at the most recent employer.
  • Must live within 30 minutes of O'Hare Airport.
