Position Overview:
As an Infrastructure Engineering Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the engineering, development, and support of advanced information technology solutions tailored for Client Payer Solutions.

In this capacity, you will ensure the operational integrity of data center activities by upholding the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of systems and applications within a HIPAA-compliant framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain secure and dependable operation of critical business servers and services.
  • Support disaster recovery initiatives and business continuity strategies.
  • Guarantee data integrity and optimal performance through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, maintenance, and data safeguarding.
  • Deliver customer-focused support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and diagnostic abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to balance personal achievements with successful collaborative outcomes.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring, managing, and maintaining:
    • Client ESXi and vCenter (experience with Client Site Recovery Manager is advantageous)
    • iSCSI storage area networks, such as EMC
    • Veeam Backup and Restoration (experience with off-net appliances is a plus)
    • Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
    • Windows services including DNS, DHCP, Client, and file/share permissions
    • Office 365 and Azure AD

The ideal candidate must be capable of clearly articulating usage, configuration options, best practices, and implementing environmental changes without causing unexpected downtime.

Additional Skills:
  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IIS web servers and database-enabled web applications is a plus.
  • Ability to script and automate routine tasks using PowerShell, batch files, or SC commands is beneficial.
  • Capability to configure high availability in MS SQL servers is an advantage.
  • Experience in configuring and managing network routers, switches, firewalls, and/or load balancers is a plus.
