  • Establish strategic objectives for the Construction Services division

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
  • At least 20 years of experience in highway and bridge design
  • Possession of a valid Professional Engineering License in relevant states
  • Experience with Department of Transportation bridge design projects is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
