Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Project Manager to assess and provide insights on project scopes; ensure all site operations comply with contractual obligations, including noise and dust management, and maintain uninterrupted owner activities; conduct daily safety inspections to uphold company and regulatory standards; document daily project progress on the internal platform; manage punch-list completion and project finalization.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Oversee and synchronize subcontractor activities and site operations in accordance with Bilfinger's operational guidelines.
- Scheduling: Partner with the Project Manager to outline project timelines, regularly evaluate and adjust schedules to ensure adherence to project milestones and completion dates.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bilfinger's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) protocols, along with all applicable local regulations.
- Travel between project sites may be necessary, as they can be located at considerable distances from the main office.
- Work environments will include both office settings and active construction sites, which may involve varying weather conditions.
- Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to navigate uneven terrain, regularly sit, stand, walk, and communicate effectively. The role may require lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds and necessitates specific vision capabilities.
