Job Title: Foreman

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing construction crews working on job sites, ensuring that work is compliant with installation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction crews and provide hands-on assistance as needed
  • Manage large projects with multiple employees on a crew
  • Complete required paperwork on a daily basis, including daily timesheets, as-builts, and daily production reports
  • Train crew members on company safety policies
  • Serve as the single point of contact with customers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Monitor site conditions and related issues
  • Ensure satisfactory job completion and monitor progress to meet project schedules and cost estimates
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of gas installation techniques and standards
  • Five years of field experience as a foreman, valid driver's license, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum three years of gas-pipeline construction and replacement experience
