Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our client sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel at client sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in security operations or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
