Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing communications, scheduling, and appointments.
  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
