About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Customer Experience team at Ipsos-Insight, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple market research projects, developing and designing solutions for clients, and providing exceptional service and quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design research approaches and products to meet client needs
  • Write winning proposals and oversee multiple market research projects
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process, from research design to report delivery
  • Interpret data and present findings to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and quality control
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's level education an asset
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of quantitative CX experience; some supplier/vendor-side experience required
  • Strong quantitative research project management skills
  • Ability to create questionnaires, sample design, analytical plans, and custom reports
  • Experience with customer experience research and analytics, including CX measurement platforms
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

At Ipsos-Insight, LLC, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
