About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Customer Experience Management to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading and managing research projects, developing and implementing customer experience strategies, and providing expert consultation to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on customer experience research and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer experience insights into business decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of research professionals to ensure high-quality research and delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in customer experience research and analytics.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing research projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience research methodologies and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
