DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:

The Boston Red Sox Client Services department is responsible for managing premium season ticket members at Fenway Park, overseeing three premium clubs.

The team builds relationships with clients through various interactions during games and special events, providing exclusive experiences.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Boston Red Sox Client Services department seeks a hospitality-focused individual to create extraordinary experiences at Fenway Park.

This position will assist club managers in providing unmatched hospitality to enhance member experiences and relationships.

This role will offer a blend of game day and office responsibilities.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Assist with planning and executing premium membership special events, including batting practice, cocktail parties, and pre-game experiences.
  2. Coordinate ticket distribution, check-in for events, assist Red Sox Legends, and handle photography needs.
  3. Develop unique experiences driven by a passion for hospitality, aligning with the department's goals.
  4. Prepare club spaces for games and special events by following a guided checklist.
  5. Assist with activations associated with the Client Services' Family Day program.
  6. Schedule and facilitate trophy and mascot visits.
  7. Assist with uploading and organizing photos taken during games and activities.
  8. Organize homestand client entertainment budget.
  9. Contribute to daily client amenity fulfillment and tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to commit to the November 2025 timeline.

Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, business, or marketing-related fields preferred.

Innovative, process-oriented, and well-organized.

Passionate and committed to providing high-standard customer service.

Experience with Salesforce or a CRM-based platform is preferred.

Ability to commit to a minimum of 35 hours a week throughout the year-long position.
