City Wide Facility Solutions specializes in providing a comprehensive range of building maintenance services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven and proactive Field Sales Representative to assist in scheduling appointments for our sales team and expanding our potential client database.
This role encompasses a combination of office-based phone communications, email correspondence, online research, and fieldwork that includes visiting various locations to gather business cards and distribute sales materials.
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate appointments for our sales team, blending both inside and outside sales techniques.
In this position, you will receive a competitive base salary along with benefits, while also having the opportunity to earn three types of uncapped commissions based on successful appointment setting.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience in the face of rejection, possess the discipline to make over 50 phone calls daily, and exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to perform precise administrative tasks and showcase a competitive spirit to thrive in a sales-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 75 sales-related activities each day, including unique emails, phone calls, and sales drops.
- Schedule 4-5 appointments weekly for the sales team to provide quotes for potential clients that meet our service criteria.
- Assist the sales team in enhancing our email database by collecting decision-maker business cards during field visits or inputting information gathered from phone interactions.
Administrative Duties:
- Accurately log all sales activities in the company's Client Request Management (CRM) software.
- Schedule appointments and update account details in the CRM.
- Maintain a sales tracking spreadsheet to log appointment details.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve 75 daily sales activities or more.
- Secure 4-5 appointments weekly.
- Manage an average account size of $2,000 per month.
- Add 25 new email contacts to the CRM each week.
- Maintain a top 100 client list.
On-Track Earnings:
$120,000+ annually.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- High School diploma required; a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
- Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
