You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to address their waste management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead project teams in the planning, permitting, design, and site development of integrated solid waste facilities
* Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
* Mentor and supervise junior engineers
* Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

* B.S. in Civil Engineering
* Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure
* Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Ability to nurture existing clients and develop new business opportunities
