We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout, bottle return, cleaning, and parking lot maintenance.
- Ensure all front end policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in communicating company programs to Front End associates.
- Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks.
- Maintain cashier controls and security in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure cash controls and over/short policies are adhered to.
- Manage Front End expenses, including payroll, cashier over/shorts, and supplies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient customer orders, pricing, and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to company and state sanitation regulations.
- At least 6-12 months of related experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic literacy and computer skills.
