Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire Front End operation, including customer checkout, bottle return, cleaning, and parking lot maintenance.
  • Ensure all front end policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in communicating company programs to Front End associates.
  • Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates, and service clerks.
  • Maintain cashier controls and security in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure cash controls and over/short policies are adhered to.
  • Manage Front End expenses, including payroll, cashier over/shorts, and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient customer orders, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to company and state sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 6-12 months of related experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic literacy and computer skills.
