- Develop and implement strategies to drive hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results
- Lead a team of General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful hotel operations
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and maintenance
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements and labor reports
- Collaborate with the Renascent Hospitality accounting team to ensure proper controls and adherence to accounting systems
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies
- 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations with Marriott, Hilton, or IHG branded hotels
- Proven track record of driving hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of General Managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel staff, owners, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office products and brand operating systems
- Advanced knowledge of budget adherence and monthly financial analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management, business administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and business management fields
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language proficiently
