Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in electronic component distribution or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, with occasional overnight stays. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be able to work in a sedentary environment with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
