Job Summary

The Medical University of South Carolina seeks a highly skilled Accounts Payable Analyst I to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of payments received and made.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions in accordance with internal accounting policies.
  • Verify amounts owed and received, and ensure transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledger accounts.
  • Prepare reports of delinquent accounts and respond to customer/vendor inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 0-6 months of work experience in a related field
