Job Description

Amiad USA Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director for its Irrigation Business Unit. This role will be responsible for providing sales management of the company's Irrigation Business Unit, designing, and implementing Amiad IRR USA group's strategy. The successful candidate will drive Amiad efforts to position itself as a visionary leader in the target irrigation segments and markets, and to achieve its revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Irrigation Business Unit
  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving sales targets
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of the irrigation industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result-driven, team-oriented environment

Work Environment:

  • Professional office environment with occasional travel to customer sites
  • Expected to be proficient with a variety of computer programs, including MS Office tools and SAP
