As a Montessori Educator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a prepared environment that encourages student-led learning. You will assist in guiding children through meaningful activities while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement Montessori principles in daily activities.
2. Support children in their educational journey by facilitating hands-on learning experiences.
3. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
