Montessori Preschool Director

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Montessori Preschool Principal to lead our team at Evergreen Academy Montessori in Kirkland, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school administration team, delivering a high-quality instructional program, and overseeing the overall operation of the school. This includes curriculum implementation, staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision, and facility management.

• Lead the school administration team and ensure the delivery of a high-quality instructional program
• Oversee curriculum implementation, staff training and development, and student enrollment
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community
• Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring they meet approved curriculum and professional development standards
• Manage the school's budget, including profit and loss management and facility maintenance

• Associate degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services Field
• Montessori Certification or experience with the Montessori Philosophy of education
• 3+ years of experience working with children
• Knowledge of principles, techniques, goals, and objectives of early childhood education
• Experience in education administration or business administration

• Competitive salary ($70,000 - $74,000)
